How we ranked these picks

We rank cordless wet dry vacuum mops by value for real hard floors, not by the loudest Pascal or steam claim on the box. A stick that vacuums and mops sticky messes in one pass, then self-cleans so the roller does not stink, beats unused flagship heat. Runtime, lie-flat reach, and edge cleaning only move a rank when they match how you clean—not when they are a tax on the same wet-dry job. Steam and dual-brush kits are lanes here, not the default winner.
